Clinical:
I am expertly trained in a wide variety of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBTs). I'm also intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and certified by the DBT-Linehan Board of Certification. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with mood, anxiety, and emotion regulation difficulties. You can find more information about my clinical expertise on the individual therapy page.
Personal:
In my free time, I like to hang out with my husband and dog, spend time in nature (especially in the mountains), listen to music, and participate in the vibrant art communities in The Triangle. I'm likely to be working on several different arts and crafts projects at any given time.
