I currently offer an adult DBT skills group with Caitlin Fang, Ph.D. on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7pm.
DBT skills groups focus on teaching practical skills in four modules: emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and core mindfulness. The groups are structured like a class, and the focus is on learning and practicing the skills in each module.
