Individual Therapy

Update: Unfortunately, I am not currently scheduling new clients. 

I provide effective, empirically-supported treatments in a manner that is approachable and relatable. Below are some examples of the treatments that I provide and some of the concerns they treat. If you are looking for a specific treatment that is not listed, please ask me about it.  

Behavioral Activation:

Dialectical Behavior Therapy:

Habit Reversal Training or Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment

  • Hair pulling (trichotillomania) 

  • Skin picking (excoriation disorder)

  • Other body-focused repetitive behavior disorders

Individual Skills Training or Consulting: 

  • Family members supporting their loved ones

Prolonged Exposure: 

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder

Providing therapy is a balance of science and art. The science of therapy is selecting and providing a treatment that has been demonstrated by research to be effective. The art of therapy involves providing that treatment in a flexible, responsive way that meets the needs of each unique client. We will balance these two principles throughout your care.
